Why is network marketing such a popular method of selling product?
Is it because it's so cheap for the supplier? There seems to be an infection of network marketing firms lately. I suppose that they have no personel expenses, or at least they are minimal when they have contracted sole proprieters working for them. It seems to me that a company that wants a powerful marketing team would be willing to pay more for educated marketing students rather than the average joe willing to kick in $50 for their "startup" package. Does anyone else have a reasonable explanation for this phenominon?
having an educated powerful marketing team does not guaranty a products success. Most Marketing firms are only targeting the large business's and corporations. and have little time for the small business owner with limited marketing funds. and a limited target market. $50 is a small amount to pay if the marketing is successful and will not hurt the company finances if it doesn't. Quite frankly I find network marketing annoying, and intrusive and don't even look at it. People have become brainwashed into thinking network marketing is the greatest thing since the wheel, it doesn't take and eduction to sell it takes imagination.

What is the best way to advertise a new network marketing business?
I have a wonderful organic network marketing business (http://www.puretree.com) that I would like to promote to others as a Business Opportunity . What are the best methods to advertise it?
LOL, thanks Jibba. I don't own the company but am an independent rep. And yes, it's a reputable network marketing business. It's not a pyramid scheme. Sigh.
Find people who want money, are whole foods yuppies, and don't want to work actual jobs and talk to them about it. Most people might like your products but don't want to pimp them to make you money or have to sell other people on the idea of selling them. That is why sane people hate pyramid schemes and don't even tell me that it's multi-level marketing or a network marketing business becuase what you're doing is selling vodoo hippy nonsense health foods and trying to get other people to sell them.

does anyone know any good Internet based home businesses that are not scams?
I have purchased money bank, get google ads free, data enrty inc, hitbooster, instant booster and the google profit machine.
all have proved to be fruitless, im sick of spending money on these scammers and just want to run a genuine home based internet business. any GENUINE ideas?
Great Question.. and as you may have already found out, there is just too many companies out there.
I too was looking for a way to supplement my income so after careful researching I decided to join a company called Global Domains International. Their website is really easy and most of the marketing is done for you. You can sell any domain to anyone that may need it, not only WS but all of the other ones.
The best thing about GDI was that I did not have to do any direct selling and the cost was almost nothing. I currently have some team members that reside in Australia, UK, India, All over the United States, all over South and Central America, so this business is truly global. There is a 7 day free trial period but then after that is just $10.00… 10.. not even enough to take a friend to the movies. Most sites will require you to have a credit card to join, GDI doesn't, they have partnered up with Paypal to provide and easier and safer process of their members payments.
At first I was skeptical but now I am just amazed on how easy it is, I am not promising you riches over night, but with some time and dedication anything is possible. Take a few minutes and take a look at our presentation, or anyone that is reading this… take a few minutes and listen to what we have to offer. You won't regret it.
Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
Talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Isra.

Could I get some advise on how to get traffic to my network marketing site?
I am involved in network marketing, this is new to me and I would like to find new ways of marketing my business.
Craig had some great input. You can also post adds in free classifieds online. Don't set your expectations to high. When you do get traffic, I suggest you take the time to build a relationship with the contacts. Don't just sell a system no make money. There are too many of those types of people out there.
BEST WISHES!

What additional permits or fees do I have to pay for an home based internet business in PA?
My business is 100% online. However I will be promoting the business nationally and soon internationally offline. In any state that I solicit business, do I have to have a permit?
I have already registered my business in the state of PA.
What do you mean by additionl permits? Do you have permits already? If you do, then the only thing you need to do is go on with your markerting and promotion.
You need a permit for any type of busines no matter how small or big, if it's national or international. If the business is already online and you don't have the permit already, go get one now. You might have to take the site down because you should have gotten the permit before put it on the net.
If you want to put the site online, then go through the process.
